This tutorial will show you how to add multiple email accounts in Flow-e.

We are often asked how Flow-e differentiates from its rivals, and one of the characteristics is that simultaneously Flow-e works with both Gmail and Office365.

So if you have many email accounts and you need a centralized hub for all of them, then Flow-e will work for you.

Step 1)

Click on your profile picture, situated in the upper right corner, and click on “My Accounts.”

Step 2)

A new modal window will open.

Here you will see all your email accounts linked to your Flow-e account.

In this case, we have 3 linked email accounts. You can remove an email account by just clicking on the “Remove” button.

Add Gmail or Outlook account in Flow-e

  • Select ‘Outlook’ to add Office 365 (Exchange Online), Hotmail.com, Live.com, MSN.com, Outlook.com, and Passport.com accounts. On-premise Microsoft Exchange accounts, as well as shared inboxes, are currently not supported.
  • Select ‘Google’ to add G Suite and Gmail accounts.

You can log in with any of the added accounts and access all of the accounts in your Flow-e subscription. To ensure your privacy, add only accounts you own and only you know the credentials to.

Once you are ready, click on “<< Back to my workflow” button to return to your workflow.

You can also access and manage your account from the icon on the sidebar:
